A summary of the principles and practice of chiropractic spinography and postural roentgenology is presented based on a review of related literature, consensus of opinion within the academic community of the chiopractic profession, and certain conclusions drawn by the author relative to its purpose and objectives as a "specialized diagnostic x-ray procedure having the added dimension of providing information of a biochemical nature which is not possible by the use of standard diagnostic views, whether taken in the standing or reclining positions."
