Abstract/Notes	A case report of an eight-year-old child suffering from persistent nocturnal enuresis investigated different therapies for primary monosymptomatic nocturnal enuresis and the efficacy of chiropractic management. Slight improvements were noted after a short trial of chiropractic therapy.
