Abstract/Notes | Two adolescent females presented with longstanding low-back pain and leg pain. They both had lumbosacral dysplastic spondylolisthesis. One girl responded to a course of spinal manipulation while the other did not and went on to surgical intervention. Spondylolisthesis should be suspected in young patients with persistent low-back pain unresponsive to conservative treatment. This abstract is reproduced with the permission of the publisher.
