Abstract/Notes Excerpt: In their letter, the authors assert that the Journal of Vertebral Subluxation Research is a non-peer reviewed journal. This is completely false. The fact is that the Journal of Vertebral Subluxation Research employs a double blinded peer review process, blinding both the author and reviewers from each other. In fact, we have a highly elaborate, completely electronic process for peer review.
