Abstract/Notes Scoliotic curvatures have long been a focus of attention for clinicians and research scientists alike. The study, treatment and ultimately, the prevention of this prevalent health condition are impeded by the absence of an accurate, reliable, convenient and safe method of scoliosis quantification. The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of the current methods of scoliosis quantification for clinicians who address this condition in their practices.
