Abstract/Notes Excerpt: Bergmann and Peterson write well and make sense. Theirs is a decent book written by decent blokes and one that has survived to a third edition. It drifts in the right direction with its on-line presence yet the full and complete shift to the e-environment remains our collective and common challenge.
