         1. Mallet finger - rupture of extensor digitorum tendon at the insertion of distal phalanx
         2. Boutonniere deformity- extension of metacarpophalangeal and distal interphalangeal joints,                 flexion of the proximal interphalangeal joint
         3. Swan neck deformity - flexion of the metacarpophalangeal and distal interphalangeal joints,               hyperextension of the proximal interphalangeal joint
         4. Trigger finger - thickening of the sheath of the flexor tendons at the A1 pulley, typically pathological
