Abstract/Notes | This article will provide information to the chiropractic physician to aid in the differential diagnosis of cervical radiculopathy. Conditions covered include trigger point pain, thoracic outlet syndrome, brachial plexus injury, cervical facet pain, rotator cuff pathology and myocardial infarction. Signs, symptoms and clinical testing will be discussed to include accuracy of different clinical tests based on the scientific literature and their value in the diagnostic process.
