Abstract/Notes

Excerpt: Right handed pitcher, embarking on his college baseball career, presents complaining of right sided lower triceps pain extending to medial/posterior shoulder and neck pain/stiffness. He explains he has been unable to throw for the past 8 months due to the pain and restriction in motion of his shoulder and arm. The pain started shortly after he had elbow surgery and became significantly worse after he was hit by a line drive in the same arm. Patient further explains his pain is 3 out of 5, but worse when he pitches.
