Abstract/Notes

Abstract: There have been several systematic reviews and meta-analyses exploring the relationship between nutrition and mental health. A few dietary patterns have been studied and show positive impact on depression. Accumulating research findings confirm that combining antidepressants with various dietary and nutritional changes accelerates the rate of treatment response with few or no safety issues, and improved outcomes.
