Abstract/Notes | Objective: The purpose of this case study is to describe the positive health outcomes following chiropractic in a patient suffering from constipation. Clinical Features: A 54-year-old female patient complaining of constipation that she has experienced for eight months. She reported that her bowel Intervention and Outcomes: Diversified technique, utilizing a high-velocity, low-amplitude adjustment, was applied throughout patient care at vertebral segments C1, C2, T6, L4, and sacro-iliac joints. After one month of care, the patient was able to pass bowel movements at least once per day. Conclusions: This case study demonstrated a reduction of symptoms pertaining to constipation after receiving chiropractic care.
