Abstract/Notes

Case history: 19 year old college student with multiple health complaints with good response to clinical nutritional interventions

This is an unusual case for a few reasons. First of all, it is a report about a care plan conducted over more than a two year period of time. Second, although I began the case, two other professionals had significant input into his care and made significant progress with the patient. Although they arrived at their own conclusions and treated him independently, they were both referrals from me and I've incorporated their major findings and treatments into this report. We felt that he went as far as he could with the other doctors and thus came under my care again this past September to help him complete his recovery. Third, this case is unusual because of the strong psychological overtones with increased the complexity of issues with which we had to deal.
